1. Who may use the services

You must be at least 13 years old to use the services on your own. Younger children may use them only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Acceptable use

Use the services for your own learning. Please do not:

• copy, sell or redistribute our content;
• try to access parts of the services you are not allowed to use, or disrupt them;
• copy or reverse-engineer the apps, except where the law allows it;
• use the services unlawfully or to harm others.

4. Our content and brand

The lessons, explanations, audio, images and design, and the Asasly name and logo, belong to Asasly or to those who have licensed them to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you use the services. Texts that belong to everyone, such as the text of the Quran, remain free for all; what we own is our selection, arrangement, translations and explanations.

5. Educational content

We work to make our content accurate and clear, but it may contain errors, especially while the services are in development. It supports your learning and does not replace a qualified teacher or, in religious matters, a qualified scholar.

6. Changes to the services

We may add, change, suspend or stop features or services at any time, and some may be offered as test versions.

7. Price

The services are currently free. If we introduce paid features, their terms will be shown to you before you pay.

8. Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its date and tell you in the app about important changes. If you continue to use the services after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

1. من يحق له استعمال الخدمات

يجب أن تكون في الثالثة عشرة فما فوق لتستعمل الخدمات بنفسك. ولا يستعملها من هم أصغر إلا بإشراف أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر، الذي يقبل هذه الشروط نيابة عنهم.

2. حسابك

الحساب اختياري. فإن أنشأته، فقدّم معلومات صحيحة، واحفظ بيانات دخولك، وأبلغنا إن ظننت أن غيرك استعمل حسابك. وأنت مسؤول عما يجري في حسابك.

3. الاستعمال المسموح

استعمل الخدمات لتعلمك أنت. ونرجو ألا:

• تنسخ محتوانا أو تبيعه أو تعيد توزيعه؛
• تحاول الوصول إلى أجزاء من الخدمات غير مسموح لك بها، أو تعطّلها؛
• تنسخ التطبيقات أو تفكك بنيتها، إلا حيث يسمح القانون بذلك؛
• تستعمل الخدمات استعمالًا مخالفًا للقانون أو مضرًّا بالآخرين.

4. محتوانا وعلامتنا

الدروس والشروح والمقاطع الصوتية والصور والتصميم، واسم Asasly وشعارها، ملك لنا أو لمن رخّص لنا باستعمالها. ونمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير قابل للنقل لاستعمالها في تعلمك أنت ما دمت تستعمل الخدمات. أما النصوص التي هي حق للجميع، كنص القرآن الكريم، فتبقى حرة للجميع، وما نملكه هو اختيارنا لها وترتيبها وترجماتنا وشروحنا.

5. المحتوى التعليمي

نعمل على أن يكون محتوانا دقيقًا وواضحًا، لكنه قد يحتوي أخطاء، خاصة والخدمات قيد التطوير. وهو عون لتعلمك، ولا يغني عن معلم مؤهل، ولا عن عالم مؤهل في المسائل الدينية.

6. التغييرات على الخدمات

يجوز لنا إضافة ميزات أو خدمات أو تغييرها أو إيقافها مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا في أي وقت، وقد يُقدَّم بعضها في صورة نسخ تجريبية.

7. السعر

الخدمات مجانية حاليًا. فإن أضفنا ميزات مدفوعة، عُرضت عليك شروطها قبل أن تدفع.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمات «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها»، دون ضمانات من أي نوع، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

9. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح، الناشئة عن استعمالك الخدمات. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها قانونًا.

10. إنهاء الاستعمال

يمكنك التوقف عن استعمال الخدمات وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا إيقاف وصولك أو إنهاؤه إن خالفت هذه الشروط مخالفة جسيمة أو متكررة.

11. التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة بتاريخها، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة. واستمرارك في استعمال الخدمات بعد ذلك قبولٌ للشروط الجديدة.

12. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص بنظرها محاكم مصر، دون مساس بأي حقوق إلزامية تكفلها لك قوانين حماية المستهلك في بلدك.
